What a fabulous day of cooking! Class 2 worked successfully in groups to produce, cook and serve a 3 course lunch. The idea of a cooking day was first put forward by Isabella (last year's Year 6) on our school improvement plan; we have all enjoyed it tremendously and will aim for another of these before the school year finishes. Next stop Masterchef?!
Starter: Homemade vegetable soup and a delicious, crusty homemade bread roll.
Main : A choice of vegetarian pasta with lentil balls or sausage plait and vegetables.
Pudding: Apple crumble or fruit salad.
